Hour 2:  The Biden administration’s legal battle over social media content moderation will reach the Supreme Court where the justices are set to hear arguments over whether federal officials violated the First Amendment by urging platforms to remove posts. State regulators proposed on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, delaying new conservation rules aimed at reducing the amount of water people use on their lawns. The rules would be enforced with water agencies, not individuals.
