Seahawks Playbook Podcast listners, thanks for joining Bill Alvstad and Keith Myers for our latest edition of the show!

Up this week, Bill and Keith review the win, as the Seahawks traveled to Houston and broke away from the two win Texans and beat them 33 - 13 this past Sunday.

There were a few standout performances, but none bigger than the day Running Back Rashaad Penny put together! 16 rushes for 137 yards and two TD's. All while showing great vision and burst as he had 5 carries that were over 10 yards in length.

It was also good to see Russell Wilson have back to back games where he looks like his usual self. He had a tremendous 55 yard Touchdown throw in the air to Tyler Lockett. Tyler finished well over 100 yards receiving on the day and now has over 1,000 yards on the season.
