Peggy, Anderson, SC -  Dr. Broggi, In Deuteronomy chapter 30:4, what does that verse reference "outmost parts of heaven"? It seems like it should read outmost parts of the earth. I don't understand why it would speak of the Jew 's being scattered to the outmost parts of heaven. Please give me some insight into that verse. Thank you
