March does something to us. The light changes. The air softens and there’s a subtle shift in energy. It's OK to notice that, but we mustn't forget about what came before it.

3. “One small action that aligns with who I’m becoming is…”

This should help you stop that boom-and-bust cycle of starting again. You're not, you're simply learning from the past and becoming wiser.
