Last week, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe warned Congress that, among other extremely threatening behavior, Communist China is targeting our legislators for blackmail.

We have subsequently learned that a prominent Democratic member of the House Intelligence Committee, Eric Swalwell, would have been an excellent candidate for such Chinese extortion. After all, he had a relationship with a female Chinese spy and let her place an intern on his staff.

Speaker Pelosi gave Swalwell that plum committee assignment, which he used relentlessly to spread lies about Donald Trump having compromising ties to a foreign power – lies that ironically describe his own behavior, not the President’s.

It’s unclear when the Speaker was first informed about Swalwell’s misconduct. But now she professes full confidence in him and evidently will do nothing to correct the national security vulnerability he’s created.

That must not stand.

To paraphrase T.S. Eliot, freedom dies not with a bang, but with a whimper. Look no further than what Google-owned YouTube has just done to your liberty.

It won’t allow more posts alleging widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential race. If you want the latest on whether former Vice President Joe Biden won the White House thanks to “widespread glitches or counting errors,” fuggedaboutit.

Now, the reason for thus restricting freedom of speech is not the absence of factual grounds for such claims. There’s actually plenty – and more emerging by the day.

And it’s not because you have no need-to-know about evidence that the presidency is being stolen. To the contrary, your future – as well as the country’s – is on the line.

Rather, YouTube wants to make you accept a stolen election. We must resist such tyranny, not whimper about it.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court responded to a fast-tracked lawsuit filed by Texas alleging that four 2020 presidential election swing states have violated the Constitution and, in the process, disenfranchised Texan and other voters across the country. 

The Court has required Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan to say whether their state legislatures’ constitutional responsibility to establish election rules and procedures were respected, and not fraudulently abused.

As it happens, a special “Election Fraud Truth Summit” aired yesterday on the “Economic War Room” television program demonstrates powerfully that unconstitutional – and illegal – behavior threatens to steal the outcome of the race for the White House.

Were such a fraud to be perpetrated, not only would a terrible injustice be done, with unimaginably far-reaching implications. It would doom the prospects for free and fair elections in the future.

Last night, Tucker Carlson broke-the-code on a mortal threat: the Chinese Communist Party’s use of “old friends” on Wall Street and Washington to bend America to its will.

A Chinese professor named Di Dongsheng told a domestic audience how the CCP has corrupted America’s political and business elites. Notably, he euphemistically disclosed that there were, “buy-and-sell transactions involved” with Joe Biden’s son, Hunter.

Di specifically exposed the role that American financiers have willingly played to promote China’s interests at our nation’s expense. For being one of Beijing’s Bankers and most aggressive agents of influence, Goldman Sachs will be rewarded massively today by getting full control of a Chinese subsidiary. But as Prof Di noted, President Trump is not under Wall Street’s control and is telling it to stop underwriting malign CCP companies.

The President’s right – and our corrupt elites are dead wrong.

Rarely, if ever, has a government initiative with more strategic importance been unveiled in a more low-key way than a “fact sheet” issued by the State Department on Saturday. The facts thus revealed about the Chinese Communist Party’s deep penetration of our capital markets, however, are likely to be shocking to most American investors – and a stunning rebuke to those who have put our money into what the government calls “malign PRC companies.”

According to State’s fact sheet, large numbers of such CCP-tied companies are, either in their own right or via subsidiaries, tapping U.S. exchanges for capital. That means, “The Chinese Communist Party’s threat to American national security extends into our financial markets and impacts American investors.”

The State Department-identified U.S. indexes – and the Exchange Traded Funds that “wrap” them – exposed as these malign companies’ underwriters must divest such assets. Now.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe is the latest senior U.S. government official to detail myriad crimes perpetrated by the Chinese Communist Party. He warned in particular about the CCP’s annual half-a-trillion dollar theft of American proprietary information and its efforts to blackmail Members of Congress.

As it happens, I was privileged to participate in meetings yesterday on this subject with two other of our country’s top leaders – Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli of the Department of Homeland Security. A delegation of freedom-fighters representing China’s “Captive Nations,” actual and prospective, urged that the United States designate the Chinese Communist Party as what it is: a Transnational Criminal Organization.

Such a step would helpfully delegitimize the CCP and deter further enabling of its malevolence lest would-be financiers in this country become accomplices to its criminal activities.

Yesterday, Attorney General William Barr made a surprising statement to the Associated Press. He said, “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”

It seems the operative words are: “To date, we have not seen.” The Justice Department later clarified that its investigation of election fraud in the 2020 presidential race is not yet concluded.

In response, Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis asked whether it’s even begun.

Americans voters deserve to know whether the Justice Department has actually been looking for such evidence? If so, where? In Philadelphia? In Atlanta? In Maricopa County? Or in any of the other three counties where what professional fraud-detector Jay Valentine has called “the greatest fraud in history” manifestly took place in recent weeks?

There’s a war on to determine whether our constitutional Republic will survive the 2020 presidential election. The critical battles are being fought not just in courts, newsrooms and government offices across the country, but in state legislatures that have a unique responsibility for the conduct and integrity of their voters’ balloting.

Legislators last week in Pennsylvania and yesterday in Arizona heard from a singularly effective warrior in these battles: retired Army Colonel and cyber- and political-warfare specialist Phil Waldron, who documented the comprehensive effort mounted this year to defraud voters and steal the White House – and how it was done.

Col. Waldron’s testimony decisively rebuts those who insist there’s “no evidence” of fraud in this election. All of us who love this country must ensure that his compelling research and conclusions are given their day in court and in state legislatures now.

Arizona legislators today will take seriously their oath to the U.S. Constitution and their duty to the people of that state by holding public hearings on election fraud in the 2020 presidential race. Their Pennsylvania counterparts did the same last week.

Viewers of the hearings in Gettysburg were shocked to learn that: mysterious “spikes” of hundreds of thousands of votes were almost entirely for one candidate; critical evidence – including 47 election system-related USB drives – has disappeared; and electoral machines used were subject to industrial-scale manipulation. It appears there’s not only been widespread fraud, but a cover-up.
