  • Thank You, Sidney Powell
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Sidney Powell is one of America’s most distinguished attorneys. She has been the lead counsel in over 500 appellate cases, most of them as a federal prosecutor. She has represented Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and their effort to end the travesty of his prosecution on false charges.
Now, Sidney Powell has taken on her most important case for the American people and their constitutional republic. She has promised to prove in court that the 2020 presidential election was stolen through the exploitation of known vulnerabilities in our voting systems.
For her efforts, Sidney Powell is under savage attack, notably she is being smeared as a conspiracy theorist. But if this Sidney Powell insists she has compelling evidence, it is an actual conspiracy, not a theoretical one. Undeterred, she is fighting for us. Sidney Powell is America’s advocate, tell her you have her back at EveryLegalVote.com.

  • "Kill Chain" Makes Sidney Powell's Case - and Ours
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Are our electronic voting systems vulnerable? “I feel like we are in terrible danger of losing what it means to be a democracy. If elections can be altered subtly, if they can be altered in a way that is undetectable, how does one trust the results of their election?”
That warning wasn’t from Sidney Powell, the accomplished attorney asking federal courts to confirm that such fraud was perpetrated in this month’s presidential race. Rather, it’s from Sandy Clark, a University of Pennsylvania security researcher, in “Kill Chain” – a documentary released by left-of-center activists weeks before this election.
As even 30% of Democratic voters say the 2020 results were fraudulent, we simply cannot afford to allow demonstrated vulnerabilities to persist – especially since, if such problems aren’t fixed immediately, the upcoming, momentous runoff elections in Georgia will be susceptible to fraud, as well.

  • Material Fraud Evidence Shows Why Election 2020 Isn't Over
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Churchill said of the outnumbered fighter pilots who won the Battle of Britain, “Never have so many owed so much to so few.” Americans who have a stake in electoral integrity – which should be all of us – have a similar debt to three lawyers for President Trump who used a press conference yesterday to present abundant evidence of consequential fraud, misconduct and errors in the 2020 presidential race.
Attorneys Rudy Guiliani, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis made “opening statements,” rather than the full presentations that will be available in swing state courts. If, that is, the courts permit the Trump team’s cases to be heard.
And that may depend on judges’ perceptions of public opinion. Which brings us to the media the attorneys rightly criticized for insisting that the race is over and ignoring evidence to the contrary.

  • Only LEGAL Votes Must Count, In Michigan and Elsewhere
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
The trauma afflicting our country following the presidential elections a fortnight ago has been evident in microcosm in the Board of Canvassers of Wayne County, Michigan this week.
Numerous voting “irregularities” have been uncovered in Detroit, the county’s largest city. Consequently, two Republican members of the canvassing board, Chairman Monica Palmer and William Hartmann, initially declined to certify the results.
Then, they agreed to do so after being subjected to virulent, personal attacks – including charges of racism and, in the case of the Chairperson, apparent doxing – by, among others, a newly elected state representative endorsed by a Muslim Brotherhood front group. Yesterday, faced with still-more electoral shenanigans, they changed their minds again.
In Michigan, as in other contested states, every legal vote must count – and none that aren’t. Kudos to those striving for such an outcome. Its saboteurs must be held accountable.

  • Krebs Left the 2020 Election Infrastructure Insecure
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Christopher Krebs was responsible for the federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency in the course of the 2020 election, which he characterized as the most secure in the country’s history. President Trump fired him yesterday, prompting a fresh torrent of claims from his media and other admirers that there’s “no evidence” of fraud and decrying Kreb’s termination.
In fact, voting irregularities and misconduct, to say nothing of simple human errors, did happen this year. As always. What remains to be determined – and proven – is whether such defrauding affects the outcome of the presidential race.
Christopher Krebs should have been removed long before now, however, for not acting on warnings his office received before the election that electronic voting systems used by 28 states were materially compromised. That failure may well have enabled massive fraud that has compromised the 2020 election, as well.

  • To Start Unifying the Country, Repudiate the Anti-Trump "Lists"
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
It’s not exactly surprising that hard leftists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and a number of her fellow travelers have announced that they are creating lists of Trump supporters, in and out of government. After all, that’s what totalitarians do to punish, if not actually destroy, their enemies – and intimidate everyone else into conformity with the party line.
What is somewhat astonishing, however, is that they would make public this threatening behavior before they have actually, fully secured power. It speaks volumes about the kind of government and country they aspire to inflict upon us all once they're finished with the “fundamental transformation” of America.
It’s also troubling that the man who claims to be our next president and promises to unify the country has not publicly and vociferously repudiated such clearly, dangerously divisive conduct. Joe Biden must do so at once.

  • Don't Lie to Us - The 2020 Elections WERE Compromised
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Last Thursday, government officials charged with protecting 2020 election infrastructure declared, “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”
That categorical statement is either a witting falsehood or indicative of gross incompetence. There’s plenty of evidence that voting systems were compromised this year. The question is whether election outcomes were compromised, too.
President Trump’s attorneys, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, say they can prove that happened due to the use by twenty-eight states of a computer program produced by Dominion Voting Systems.  President Trump’s attorney Rudolph Giuliani has alleged that this company “was founded by [former Venezuelan dictator] Chávez and by Chávez’s two allies, who still own it” and that Dominion software was used by Chavez’s regime to steal elections.
We’ll see such proof in the days ahead. In the meantime, the American people need to know how those responsible for election security could possibly have allowed the use of Dominion software – and now tell us it was absolutely secure.

  • US Underwriting of China's Military IS a National Emergency
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Yesterday, Donald Trump issued what may prove to be the most important Executive Order of his presidency. He declared a national emergency arising from the investments mostly unwitting Americans are being induced to make in the Chinese Communist Party’s military-industrial complex.
The CCP uses hundreds of companies and their subsidiaries operating in the United States to supply it with weapons designed to kill us, surveillance-state systems used to oppress its own people and data collection technologies employed to steal sensitive personal and proprietary information the world over.
President Trump rightly regards American underwriting of such corporations as a threat to our homeland and national security. In two months, it will be illegal for U.S. persons to invest in People’s Liberation Army companies, as it should be for Americans to fund or otherwise enable our mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party, in any other way.

Today’s the day we remember the millions of veterans who gave what Abraham Lincoln described at Gettysburg as “the last full measure of devotion.” This year especially, we need also to remember what they gave it for.
Generations of American patriots have sacrificed everything, including their lives, to protect the freedoms most of us take for granted. Central to the Constitution that guarantees those liberties is the idea of popularly chosen and accountable government.
If elections can successfully be stolen with impunity, neither such a government nor freedom itself will be possible.
So, it was exhilarating when Lou Dobbs endorsed last night a new initiative I enthusiastically support. It’s aimed at eliciting the American people’s insights into voting fraud in this year’s presidential election and helping them take corrective action in response.

  • Needed - An Anti-Insurrectionist SecDef
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.
Yesterday, President Trump fired Secretary of Defense Mark Esper. One of several reasons was likely determinative – and must not be repeated by his interim successor.
Last June, as Antifa and the Black Lives Matter organization were rioting in cities across the country, Mr. Trump entertained the idea of invoking the Insurrection Act to restore order with federalized National Guard and perhaps active duty military units. Secretary Esper publicly opposed taking such a step.
The summer’s Marxist revolutionaries are now poised to build on the chaos they previously caused in the hope of driving Donald Trump from office and driving Joe Biden further to the left. Mr. Trump must have a Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff who will execute lawful orders to disperse those who seek not just the end of this presidency, but the end of our constitutional Republic.
