Change is a constant in life, but in the Military, it can be extremely difficult to deal with changes that seem to occur constantly around the same time each year. Things like moving to a new duty station, taking on a new job, or even a promotion can cause us to have major anxiety attacks. 

This doesn't have to be our reality though, we can use mindfulness to accept, plan, and face change head-on.
