In today’s episode, we’re exploring the beautiful, mysterious, and deeply liberating topic of reincarnation and how your soul’s many journeys might be impacting your life right now.
We’ll look at reincarnation through different lenses:
• The Vedic philosophy I studied in India, where your soul chooses your parents and life circumstances to evolve
• The Kabbalah perspective, which ties in astrology and your North Node as clues to what your soul came back to correct
• The science of energy, quantum physics, and epigenetics, and how ancestral or past-life patterns might live in your body
• Plus my own personal stories of grappling with this idea, past life regressions in hypnosis, and why I’m actually grateful for the pain I’ve experienced
We also explore how subconscious reprogramming, nervous system work, and embodiment are some of the most powerful tools to shift these soul-level patterns — even if you never pinpoint an exact memory.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal part of my journey - navigating the fear of being seen and heard, learning how to take up space, and what it’s looked like to rewire my mind and body to actually feel safe being visible.
This is something so many of us struggle with, often without realising just how much it shapes our choices, our confidence, and the opportunities we allow ourselves to say yes to.
What We’ll Cover:
• How the fear of being judged, criticised or rejected is often at the core of our resistance to being seen & heard
• The impact of childhood experiences, criticism & sensitivity on shrinking ourselves
• The metaphysical meaning behind my thyroid cancer diagnosis at 17 and how it related to not using my voice
• The pivotal moments that helped me heal: from hypnotherapy & RTT to Vedic meditation & embodied dance breakthroughs
• The neuroscience & nervous system side of fear - why your brain literally thinks it’s unsafe to be seen
• Why your healing doesn’t mean the fear never comes back (and how to meet it when it does)
• How I went from faking sick to avoid speeches to now speaking on podcasts, teaching at events with 80+ women & building an online community

Hypnotic meditation is a deeply calming and introspective practice that blends traditional meditation with gentle hypnotic techniques. It guides you into a relaxed, meditative state where your subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive to supportive, therapeutic suggestions as you are in an altered brainwave state - theta.
This is not therapy or a substitute for clinical treatment - it’s a self-development tool that supports emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing by helping you reprogram limiting beliefs, cultivate inner safety, and connect with the version of you that you’re becoming.
It’s a powerful practice for creating change from the inside out - shifting the stories we tell ourselves, rewiring thought patterns, and anchoring in new beliefs, behaviours, and ways of being.
Hypnotic meditation is not suitable for individuals who:
• Experience epilepsy or seizures
• Have a diagnosis of psychosis, schizophrenia, or dissociative disorders
• Are currently undergoing acute mental health treatment without professional guidance
If you’re pregnant, you’re welcome to join, but please consult with your healthcare provider beforehand and know that all practices are designed to be gentle and supportive.
Always honour your own body, intuition, and capacity. You are your own best guide.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on a common mindset myth: that repeating high-vibe affirmations like “I am worthy” or “I am confident” will instantly reprogram your subconscious mind. While affirmations have their place, there’s a deeper psychological and neurological process at play - one that often gets overlooked.
I talk about the neuroscience of belief formation, how your subconscious actually tests new identities, and why bridging beliefs are often the safer, more sustainable path toward long-term change. We also explore a powerful child development study that reveals why praising process over fixed traits leads to greater resilience and how that directly applies to how we speak to ourselves as adults.
If you’ve ever felt like affirmations weren’t “working” for you, or like you kept reverting back to old patterns after trying to change and reprogram new beliefs this episode is going to hit home.
What We’ll Cover:
• Why bold affirmations and even classic beliefs such as "I am worthy" can sometimes backfire on the subconscious
• The link between psychological safety and belief reprogramming
• How your mind tests new identities through triggers and mirrors
• The concept of bridging beliefs and why they’re so effective
• A famous study on children and praise and what it teaches us about self-worth
• Examples of powerful bridging affirmations you can start using today
• Why choosing, becoming, and learning are safer (and stronger) identity anchors than fixed self-labels

In this episode we’re unpacking one of the biggest myths in the healing world — the idea that once you’re healed, you stop feeling negative emotions. Maddison shares a raw and honest exploration of what healing really looks like: not feeling less, but learning how to feel better.
This episode is an invitation to reclaim emotional depth as a superpower. You’ll walk away with tangible tools and a deeper understanding of how to hold space for your own emotions with more self-trust, capacity, and compassion.
What We’ll Cover:
• Why healing often brings more emotional sensitivity, not less
• The neuroscience behind emotions lasting only 60–90 seconds when fully felt
• How to safely process emotions using trauma-informed and somatic tools
• The difference between feeling your emotions vs. reacting to them
• How triggers are invitations for healing, not just justification for venting
• Insights from Vipassana meditation on emotional neutrality and non-resistance
• How subconscious beliefs shape our emotional experiences — and how to rewire them

Welcome back to Week 3 of our 4-part May series on the foundational phases of transformation.
In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most misunderstood—and most essential—parts of inner growth: the Nourish phase. This is the in-between space. You’ve done the clearing. You’ve planted the new seeds. But now… comes the real work. Nourish is where you begin reinforcing the changes you’re calling in. It’s where repetition meets emotion to rewire your subconscious. It’s where your nervous system, mind, and body are learning to trust that this new version of you is safe.
What We’ll Cover:
• Why this phase can feel hard—and why that’s not a bad thing
• How the subconscious learns through repetition and emotional charge
• The role of decision fatigue and why reducing choices is a key part of change
• What it means to hit “tests” or triggers during transformation—and how to stay anchored when you do
• The neuroscience energy conservation, and autopilot
• Why celebration and reinforcement are key for long-term shifts
