I am joined today by a very special guest.  Self-Love expert, Aubree Nichols, talks to us today about how she battled addiction and is 15 years sober.  She also explains that learning how to love herself just as she is what helped her to beat her addiction.  Aubree gives us some practical advice for how to cope during this unprecedented pandemic, and she talks to us about writing her book "Enough."  She went from having a life that every girl dreams of having to a total emotional implosion.  She came through it even better than she was before.  She relied on her inner wisdom and higher power to help make her the bad ass entrepreneur that she is today, and she is helping others do the same.
