Two good friends and treasured artists are opening an exhibit at Gallery 78 in Fredericton. It's called Self Portrait, and features pieces of the artists very different identities. Francis Wishart splits his time between his cabin in Nigadoo and Provence, France. He works in monotype - a painting applied to paper by way of a plate and a press. On the other hand, Gerard Collins works in his native Saint John, creating colourful oils and acrylics featuring his all of his favourite things.
