In 2016, Mirna Salihin met up with a group of friends to catch up over coffee. The young and healthy Mirna would die within less than half an hour of this get-together. No one had any idea what could have happened to her - until an autopsy was performed and video surveillance footage from the cafe was reviewed. You won’t believe what happened to Mirna and who was responsible for her death during what was supposed to be a reunion of good friends.

Shortly after 8 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2021, the San Jose Police Department received a call about a 3-year-old little girl named Arely Naomi Proctor, who was unresponsive, not breathing and likely deceased. The call was made by her mother, Claudia Hernandez-Santos. Emergency medical workers arrived and took Arely to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead less than an hour after the call. It was then that police would learn little Arley died after her mother, grandfather and uncle attempted to perform an exorcism on her, believing that she was possessed by a demon. What they did to this little girl, her mother's behaviour afterwards, and another post-exorcism incident involving a young child will haunt you.

On February 27, 2012, 19-month-old Ezekiel Stephan began to show signs of being sick. He wasn’t eating, he was having difficulty breathing and swallowing and initially, his mother thought that he might have croup, which typically sounds much worse than it is with that deep chesty cough. Over the next few days, Ezekiel’s condition began to worsen, to the point of his parents calling 911 because he had stopped breathing altogether. Ezekiel died just a week after being admitted to the children's hospital, on March 16, 2012, from bacterial meningitis. But his death would very quickly spark public outrage, a media circus and two trials where his parents would be closely looked at for their criminal negligence in providing the basic necessities of life for little Ezekiel.

On Jan. 3, 2022, in the town of Slaughter, Louisiana, the Slaughter Police Department responded to a call at a residence regarding an unresponsive person. When they arrived on the scene, they discovered the body of 36-year-old Lacey Fletcher, covered in feces, emaciated, and quite literally “melted” into the couch she lay upon. It was an absolutely shocking discovery - only made even more horrific when details began to emerge of how this young woman ended up rotting to death on the sofa in her own home. This is the story of Anatoly Moskvin, a Russian linguist, philologist, and historian from Nizhny Novgorod who was arrested in 2011 after the mummified bodies of 26 girls and women were discovered in his apartment. He would take these bodies from local cemeteries with ease due to his position at the cemetery, and then Moskvin himself mummified the bodies before dressing them up like dolls and laying them around his home like decorations. This is the story of Justin Bourque, a 24-year-old Moncton resident, who shot five officers from the RCMP, killing three and severely injuring two on June 4, 2014. These actions are what led to a manhunt for Bourque that was launched and continued overnight and lasted over 28 hours. These killings were planned and anything but spontaneous, he dressed himself in full camo with several guns and ammunition attached to his body in order to draw out the cops in broad daylight. The moment the first officer showed up, is when the massacre ensued.

This is the story of Nathan Maynard-Ellis, 30, and his boyfriend David Leesley, 25, and the gruesome murder they committed along with their strange obsession with death. Nathan took Julia Rawson home after meeting her in a pub in Dudley, West Midlands, in May 2019. Upon her arrival in the house of horrors, her last few seconds alive were probably staring at the apartment Nathan lived in, which was filled with silicon masks and various tools and weapons. Nathan would then smash her over the head with a rolling pin and kill her in his living room. The two would then cut up her body and later dispose of the evidence throughout the following days.
