God’s plan for relationships is loyal love. Love is seen in kind, faithful, selfless commitment to do good to those we love, even at great cost to ourself. This is the type of love God has for his people whom he has called by name.

In the book of Ruth, God calls his people to remain in the safety and blessing of his covenant promise and law. This story puts God’s kindness and faithfulness on display and powerfully portrays the role of the coming Redeemer who turns bitterness in to blessing.

The Kingdom of Forgiveness is a family based, not on fear of punishment, but on grace-filled relationships. We seek to bless one another by letting the King’s love live in us and through us.
