In this week’s episode, I am joined by Andrea Wise, a business strategy consultant, who speaks to us about certain tips she has for entrepreneurs in today’s day and age.

She starts out by pointing out that entrepreneurs tend to place a lot of importance on irrelevant details and should instead be focusing on creating the right systems for your business. Andrea also talks about the importance of being fluid and ready to adapt to a changing business world as we never know just what tomorrow will bring. We also discuss how to set up goals and set up plans to bring them to completion. 

There are many changes you and your business might have to go through as your business grows and the importance of being in contact with people who can guide you and mentor you. Andrea also reminds us that we do not have to do it all ourselves, and getting help is part of the growth process.
