This is the unbelievable followup to the Franklin Scandal.

Yes if you’re a long time listener you know I did about a 1000 part series back in 2021 on the Franklin scandal. It may have been only 7 eps but you get the point, I was obsessed with it. I wanted to connect the dots, I wanted to solved the unsolved. 

So when earlier this week, a victim of this scandal, perhaps the most well known one reached out to me and sent me the kindest message I may have ever received…..I cold called her immediately. Well immediately after sobbing bc it was a message that was so heart felt and also one I needed at the time as well.

In addition, she has connected me to nick Bryant, the author and unbelievably dedicated and inspiriting journalist that worked on this Franklin scandal story for over a decade and who was also the person to publish the little black book in the Epstein case and who now, has a non profit with Alisha to get justice for child victims of trafficking. It is real, it’s incredibly important and they are doing the work so without further ado…I’d like to introduce my new friend Alisha Owens.

This is a story of women with grit, women who were brave and women who were sometimes, also seductive.

This story was inspired by a new podcast out by Neil Strauss where he interviews an actual Russian female sex spy so I decided to look into this world further, the world of sexpionage and how brave and alluring female spies helped to change the course of the second world war.... And likely are still changing the course of politics today.

In the stories I’ll tell you today, I start with the most famous of them all, the Kitty Salon, a brothel the Nazi’s took over in order to gain intelligence on other high ranking officials, enemies, frenemies, and beyond. 

The story of a man who almost got away with murder had it not been for the suspicions of his wife’s siblings.

This is the story of preacher with secrets, a con-man and convicted murderer, Timothy Tillman, was it an accident or an actual murder? I’ll let you decide. 

Michael Jordan was the all time great. Everything he touched seemed to turn to gold. Handsome, magnetic, captivating, and obviously an unbelievable athlete. Beyond the court he became THE MOST MARKETED MAN ON EARTH AND WAS ARGUABLY THE MOST FAMOUS PERSON DURING THAT ERA.

He couldn’t go anywhere without a camera in his face or fans just trying to touch him. He was absolutely hounded by the media. At one point he was the golden boy, but then the media started to turn on him and critique his every move.

And the time they did it the worst was during the worst tragedy imaginable.
