Following 140 Conservative Members of UK Parliament (MPs) failing to attend sexual harassment training, we hear from an assistant to Members of Parliament about her experiences working in Westminster. Sexual harassment, bullying, and predatory behavior from senior men in power towards junior female members of staff were common occurrences in the House of Commons, with no protocol to report such incidents. This is a series where we hear the anonymized confessions and insights of people on the inside of different industries, institutions, and events.
