Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Why is it important to develop a growth mindset?
The simple answer is - if you don’t believe your mind can change and grow, you won’t be as open to the life you can have beyond your trauma.
You do have the ability to change, heal and grow and it starts with believing that you can and that things can get better.
Today I talk about shifting from a fixed mindset that wants you to believe change is not possible to embrace a growth mindset of possibilities
I hope this episode blesses you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Childhood trauma survivors often struggle to receive and give love because of hurt in relationships, poor models of love, or unhealthy experiences of care and attachment in their formative years.
Many read about the love of God, but struggle to feel secure in that love.
It certainly was a game changer for me.
Once I got to the place of living securely in God’s love, it continues to dispel doubt, fear, worry and insecurity in a way that brings healing and confidence to move forward in my purpose.
Are you long to experience the fullness of God’s love? It is possible.
I hope this episode blesses you.
Blessings and Love 😊

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Today, we’re talking about self-love. It’s a term that gets thrown around a lot, but what does it really mean? And is it selfish to focus on loving yourself? If you’ve ever wrestled with these questions, this episode is for you.
Here’s the truth: self-love isn’t selfish. In fact, it’s a biblical principle. Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31). How can we extend love to others if we don’t first know how to love ourselves? Stick with me as we unpack what self-love is, how it’s rooted in God’s love, and practical tips to develop it in your life.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.
