Morgan gifts a shadow work guided meditation from her Inked Spirit Coven to podcast listeners. This guided meditation takes you into your internal sacred space and has you sit down face-to-face with one of your shadows to chat. The actual meditation is about 17 minutes long, and Morgan recommends that you have a journal ready for when you are finished. 

This is an intense meditation that greatly transformed several Inked Spirit Coven members. If you are not familiar with shadow working, please research it before diving into this meditation.
