For patients with recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer, tremendous therapeutic gains have been realized with the incorporation of immune checkpoint inhibitors. Monotherapy and combination approaches have had multiple regulatory approvals in the second-line setting and clinical trials assessing use in the frontline setting are underway. In this CME activity, an expert shares scientific rationale and practical guidance for incorporating molecular testing into patient management to personalize therapeutic selection.
