Fáilte roimh mo chairde go léir

I hop you all have a nice Christmas and New Years!
Im delighted it is all over.

This week I talk about my new year goal and I hope you all can help me!
I talk about my past few days and how my head was in a bad place, how I got through it and how I am today.
What helps me stay focused and that it really is #oknottobeok
I appreciate you all!

Sham! Bonus episode!

What a city, New York mother fuckin city!
Jersey city wasn’t bad either.
If I could get a green card I’d make this my home no doubt about it and come home as often as possible.
Nevertheless, that is not the case. I’m going home on Tuesday. Landing on Wednesday.

This podcast I go walking around so I may be describing things on it that you can’t see so it may be better on YouTube.

Fáilte roimh mo chairde go léir!

On this week’s episode:
I was nervous that I wouldn’t get it recorded as I forgot my mic and stand in back on the boat. I’m also glued at the hip with my boss. We were meant to go back Wednesday but it’s now Friday so I was a bit worried it wouldn’t get done. Luckily enough we had a reason to go back to the boat and collect stuff so I grabbed my podcast stuff and was on my way.
We got here for around 11:30pm and I was recorded by 1am. Tired from working and sleeping on blowup mattress that deflated and now a 6’ futon (I’m 6”2 btw) the last two nights. I got it done.
For now the podcast gives me purpose and I want to stay consistent wherever I can.

Enjoy the listening and I hope you all take something from it.

Fáilte,

I’m back this week and this time I’m at my humble abode. It’s a podcast where I speak about last week and update you all on how I’m doing this week.
I’ve been worse I’ve been better I’ll get through it and better days are coming.
Thank you all so very much for your messages through out the week. It really means a lot to know people care. I care for ye too.
Times are tough but they have been tougher. My situation is just a metaphor for everything going on in everyone’s life.
The solution? Keep pushing yourself to the next minute, hour, day or week and eventually good days will come again.

I love you all now let’s turn that love inside ourselves.

Go raibh míle maith agat a chairde

Tá fáilte romhaibh go léir.
This week is probably one of the scariest weeks I’ve ever had in my life.
The feeling of withdrawal from a relationship and fear of what around the corner as I face the new chapter alone is probably one of the most scariest things in my life , sober, and I honestly think that is not an exaggeration.

I’ve started this to help others open up and I hope this helps you all in some ways.

Have a listen if you wish!

Go raibh míle maith agat a chairde

This week :
I share some personal exciting news along with some words I put together.
I ask Justina about her trip away to a Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat in Nashville. She gets down to the nitty gritty of how he works and what the retreat consists of.
We speak about quantum physics and a couple of experiments that help me to try comprehend the whole thing.

I hop you all enjoy.
