Shared Struggle

This week’s episode I have my gorgeous wife Justina Victoria.
Justina is a mens and couples psychosexual expert. Justina works using energy dynamics such as feminine and masculine and how they are both in men and women and how to use them. She is hell bent on changing how we speak about our sexual lives and experience, especially in men. Justina wants to bring the suicide rate in men down by the work she does and as it is a huge goal of mine also.
We do a deep dive in our own relationship here too and speak about a certain situation that happened recently. We think a lot of  you will relate and we would hope you enjoy it.
She is an incredible woman with a fantastic vision of love, kindness and growth.
I am incredibly lucky to have her share her expertise with me here.
Its a dream to call her my wife!
I love you babe , thank you x

Up My Own Hole - Séamus O Cruadhlaoich

Oh where do I begin with this?…
This is definitely in the top 10 most proudest things I’ve ever done!
It might mean nothing to a normal interviewer but for me to speak with such an accomplished academic such as an Róisín álainn! (The beautiful Roisin) is a thing that I once wouldn’t have dreamt of as I would have felt totally inferior but today I see all people as equal just with different stories.

Róisín received her masters in linguistics in UCC and her major languages were Gaeilge and French.
She is passionate about her mother tongue and now lecturing in UCC.
Róisín is a proud Sinn Fein member and plays an active part in the party both home and abroad. She is such a positive person and this conversation is incredibly interesting and uplifting for me. I hope you all feel the same.
Go raibh mile maith agat a Róisín agus go raibh mile maith agat to everyone for listening 💚

This is a chapter ending episode. My school days finish here. I open up about certain things and other operations I had. I speak about more loss of people around me that were close to me and it’s effects on me.
A bit of a rant at the start too 😉

This one is a very in-depth description of my mothers passing. It was a tough one to do but I hope that it helps those in the same situation. If you feel like getting in touch for a chat text me on Instagram or any other platform.

This episode was a last minute decision to get what I was going through in that moment on camera. It’s deep, it’s raw but that is what we who suffer from addiction or mental health issues or maybe everyone goes through. Its hard at the time but I stay true to my self and I end up the better of it after and in this situation it did a full 180 and I’m feeling so good after doing it!
