Sharone R. Mitchell Jr., Cook County Public Defender, joins Lisa to discuss his issues with the claims that the McHenry County States Attorney made earlier this week. Mitchell Jr. was confused by the numbers presented and says that ‘failure to appear’ cases have slightly fallen since the SAFE-T Act became law.
