  • Measuring Jugs and New Seasons

    WE ARE BACK!!!!!

I have missed you! In this episode I tell you about a couple of stories that I've been through as a mum that have definitely "shaped me".

We talk about life as a mum and how its not always as easy as we intended, but it makes us stronger. And if we can do that - we can do anything.

It's time for a new season, new goals and revisiting that thing that you still haven't done yet - what is it? You should go do it!

I bet you have some funny mum life stories to share too?

Tell us about them on insta @megmcleanuk and @shecanpod

  • Easy To Do, Easy Not To Do

"Easy To Do, Easy Not To Do"

Its not the big moments that will define your success but the little moments that build up over time.

The good choices that take you closer to your goals and the choices that take you further away from your goals.

I also talk about the importance of setting goals so that your brain knows where you are going and what tiny decisions are needed to put you on track.

I refer to two books throughout this episode:

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson
    and
The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy

I hope you take as much from these as I did.

  • When Life Throws You Curve Balls

    Hi friend,

Sometimes in life, you get a curve ball that you weren't expecting, or you didn't sign up for.

Through our biggest challenges come our biggest growth periods. It may not look like it now, but it will come good.

In this episode I talk about becoming aware of the stories you are buying into. I talk steps you can take to embrace change and how you can move from where you are to where you want to be.

It's time to take that curveball, and throw it right back. You have got this. Time to press go, onwards and upwards to the next level of yourself. You in?

    All my love,

    Meg x

  • The Chimp Paradox

    Hi Friend,

Today I am telling you all about a speaker that I was lucky enough to listen to at my business conference today. Dr Steve Peters is the author of the Chimp Paradox, The Silent Guides and The Path To The Jungle. I would highly recommend all of his books.

The Chimp Paradox is a book that changed my life a long time ago. Listen in to hear about the primitive, emotional side of our brain that often gets us into trouble until we learn to deal with it.

Here is a link to some of the research around this episode:
