  • 51. You don’t need to fix your life, you need to feel safe in it

We spend so much time trying to fix our lives: change things, improve things, become someone else. But what if the problem isn’t your life?

In this episode, I’m exploring the idea that what we often think needs fixing… is actually a lack of safety in our body. Why trying to change your life from a place of stress and urgency doesn’t work, and what starts to shift when you focus on feeling safe instead. Because you don’t need to fix everything, you need to feel safe in it.

  • 50. Trauma: what actually helps you heal

We hear the word trauma and think of something extreme, but some of the things that shape us the most are much quieter than that.

And for me, this is the most interesting part…that you can go through things you don’t even recognize as trauma, but they still leave a trace in you. And at the same time, you can go through something really difficult… and over time, it no longer holds the same weight?

Which means this: no matter what you’ve been through, you can change the way you relate to it. You can own your story, instead of being defined by it.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve started to understand about trauma: not as an expert, but through lived experience. What has actually helped me and how much can shift when you learn to meet yourself differently.

Because trauma might be inevitable… but how you hold yourself through it changes everything.

Journal Prompts:What part of my story have I not fully allowed myself to process? What do I need when I feel triggered and do I give that to myself?Where in my life am I still trying to avoid feeling something?

  • 49. Why you’re not going all in on your dreams

In this episode, we’re talking about the real reasons you might be holding yourself back from your own dreams. Not from a place of judgment, but from understanding. Because this isn’t about discipline. It’s about fear, identity, safety & what it actually means to choose a different life.

    Journal prompts:

    • What would “going all in” actually look like for you? Make it concrete.
    • Where are you still holding back?
    • What are you avoiding that you know matters?

  • 48. Why growth can feel lonely

Growth is often described as something exciting & empowering. A new chapter, a glow up, a fresh start. But there is a part of growth that feels much quieter than that.

There is a phase where you no longer fully relate to your old life, your old patterns or even parts of yourself, while at the same time you are not fully rooted in who you are becoming yet. That space can feel unfamiliar, in between & at times lonely.

In this episode, we talk about why that feeling is a natural part of growth. Your identity is shifting, your standards are changing & your life has not fully caught up yet. It is not a setback, it is a transition.

    Journal prompts

    1. Where in my life do I feel out of place right now, & what might that be showing me about what I am outgrowing?

    2. Which parts of my old identity feel hardest to let go of, & why do I still hold on to them?

    3. What feels true for me right now, even if it does not make sense to anyone else yet?

    4. What is my next step I can do today to move me closer to this?

  • 47. When rest feels unsafe

In this episode, we talk about why slowing down can feel triggering, how your nervous system responds to stillness & what it actually takes to feel safe enough to rest. When rest feels uncomfortable, it’s usually not about discipline it’s about safety. Let's get into this.

  • 46. Stop playing small

This episode is your reminder to stop shrinking yourself to fit a life that no longer feels aligned. We talk about what “playing small” actually looks like, why we do it & what it takes to choose something bigger.

What to actually do about it:

1: Get honest about one area

Where do I know something isn’t fully right?

2: Name what you already know

    “If I’m completely honest with myself… I know that…”

    3: Identify what you’re avoiding

What action have I been delaying?

    4: Decide your next move

What is the next clear action I can take?

5: Do it before you feel ready

You move… and then confidence builds.

    6: Stop renegotiating with yourself

    Once you decide… follow through.

  • 45. Why you keep falling off (& it’s not discipline)

This episode is about why consistency isn’t showing up perfectly every day. It’s about staying, even when your energy shifts & it doesn’t feel easy.

We talk about the all-or-nothing pattern so many of us live in & what it actually means to stay consistent in a way that’s sustainable. Maybe we’ve just misunderstood what consistency actually is.

If you’re tired of constantly starting over, this is for you

  • 44. Capacity before manifestation

A soft, honest conversation about why the life you want isn’t just about calling it in… it’s about having the capacity to hold it when it arrives. We talk nervous system, self-sabotage, growth & learning to expand at a pace your body can actually sustain.

  • 43. The upgrade requires grief

We talk about the grief that can come with real change. Leaving old identities, not returning to familiar patterns just because they feel safe & standing steady when the people around you are used to a different version of you.

Part of the upgrade is allowing yourself to grieve the old one… without running back to it just because your nervous system wants relief.

    Journal Prompts

    1. What part of my old identity am I currently grieving?
    2. In what situations do I notice myself wanting to go back to the old version of me out of habit?
    3. What feels familiar but no longer feels aligned in my life?
    4. What would the next version of me choose in this moment?
    5. What is one small way I can honor the person I’m becoming today?

  • 42. Spring Equinox: The energetic new year

There are actually many “new years” throughout the year. The traditional New Year between December & January, the Chinese New Year & now the moment we step into the astrological new year with the Spring Equinox.

In this episode we explore why March often feels like a much more natural reset than January. Nature is waking up again, the light returns & everything slowly begins to grow.

Inside the episode we explore the difference between pressure goals & aligned goals, reflect on the intentions we set earlier in the year & reconnect with the question: what actually wants to grow in my life right now?

A gentle invitation to pause, realign & remember that you are always allowed to begin again.

    Spring Reset Ritual:

Declutter:Your home, wardrobe, cabinets & storage spaces.

Digital spaces (phone, camera roll, notes, apps, inbox)

Visionboard:Get the magazines & papers going, create your visionboard on a canva or digitally with pinterest.

Journal Prompts:What in my life feels ready to grow?
