One thing remains true: voting in America is still needlessly hard.

A year ago, we sat down with Bradley Tusk, the venture capitalist, political strategist, and one of the strongest voices for mobile voting. His TED Talk on this topic was later named one of the ten essential TED Talks of 2025.

His argument: we bank on our phones, file taxes on our phones, and access our medical records on our phones. Voter fraud via mobile would be no harder to prevent than any of those things.
