Oftentimes when discussing boundaries we jump straight to how to have boundaries in relationships with others. This episode, we are highlighting the need to know yourself and what you are needing in each new moment. AND be comfortable with changing your mind!
When we refocus our attention on ourselves and check in with ourselves to see what we are needing in this moment, we are better connected to ourselves and more able to clearly communicate our needs and wants with others.
This is not being selfish! This is being self-aware, which is a wonderful tool for your toolbox when handling all of life's stressors!
When you take care of yourself and become more self-aware, you invite the people around you to do the same!
