Mike is a Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, a graduate of the US Army Airborne School, and a retired Air Force Instructor/Evaluator Pilot. He's the author of Newhall Shooting: A Tactical Analysis, the highly-acclaimed study of the 1970 California Highway Patrol gunfight in Newhall, California, and wrote the Tactical Analysis column at PoliceOne.com for eight years. Mike is the Senior Editor at RevolverGuy.com, and an active instructor in both the law enforcement and armed citizen communities. He's a prior guest on the American Warrior Show podcast and is pleased to be back with the wonderful patriots of the American Warrior Society.
