《蒙斋读书记》谈文论史，纵贯古今，述人物，述秘事，述轶闻，述典章。烛幽洞微，各抒己见。随笔所至，见掌故，见识力，见趣味，见性情。《吕氏春秋·过理》曰：“杀比干而视其心，不适也。孔子闻之曰：‘其窍通则比干不死矣。夏商之所以亡也。”诸家皆注：其指纣，窍指心窍。而林老独释“其”指比干，何也?我们顺着林老的思路走下去便清晰起来，原来古代王不是至高无尚的，如对宗亲(王族庶孳)大臣屡谏不纳，大臣就可以用“有德者居之”的办法让王下台。比干让王下台不仅是权利，而且是义务，他为什么不这样做而是任纣剖其心?他们为什么把纣捧到不可动摇的位置?他为什么死的如此惨烈，也就不言自明了。因此孔子哂其窍不通，其岂能为圣人，其若为圣，纣何以为王。其实是：一个一个倒下去的比干，他们在历史的长河中一直被捧做“圣贤”，他们用自己的死换来了自己的伟大，同时却给整个中华民族修筑了一个愈来愈黑暗而坚固的专制的堡垒。从他们始中国的民主之光就被愈来愈厚的专制乌云所淹没。林老对孔子的“比干不通”正解说清了三千年前孔子所说的原意：比干不是圣人，他们不过是王朝的建筑者，他们死有余辜，当然要比后世怀宠不去的，附君之躯犹如蛔虫的愚忠，他们更能引起人们的怀念，使得智者不敢怒也不敢言，而愚者却不惜用生命去捍卫他们。这就是中国历史及其民主历程的悲剧。林鹏先生《蒙斋读书记》1998年3月有山西古籍出版社和山西教育出版社联合出版，至今已十余年。十余年间，再版数次，可见读者不少。一本学术札记，被人们所称道，正说明了它的现实意义。作为先生的学生，此书置之案头，读过不下数遍。每读到精彩之处，常常掩卷沉思，一位年逾八十岁的老人为什么以衰年之力而发出如次震耳发聩的声音，这就是一个人的良知，一个读书人的良知，这就是儒家的态度和士人的精神。《蒙斋读书记》初版收录先生论文36篇，除过与书法相关的文章6篇和1篇游记外，其余29篇皆与先秦有关。内容涉及《周礼》、《礼记》、《诗经》、《左传》、《周易》、《论语》、《孟子》、《吕氏春秋》、《荀子》、《韩非子》、《商君书》、《淮南子》、《史记》、《汉书》等，而起题者，多在《礼》、《论语》、《吕氏春秋》。从中可以看出先生所议论者，乃在经学和诸子。经学是儒家的典籍，诸子是士人的思想，这就不难看出先生情怀所在。余就一下而分述之。如因作品内容，版权和其它问题请与本播主联系的，请在30日内进行。  免责声明：本书院为非营利性机构。以方便网友为主，仅供学习研究。 内容由热心网友提供和网上收集，不保留版权。若侵犯了您的权益，来信即刪。srn2188@sina.com
