Les villages sont détruits et noyés.La vallée de Naussac se retrouve engloutie.Nous, Marie, Lauriane et Caroline, nous avons découvert cette histoire un peu par hasard. Et nous avons décidé de mener l'enquête. "Corpo alle ombre. Conversazioni intorno alla musica di scena", parte del progetto "Turn on your ears" di Altre Velocità, è un ciclo di interviste agli artisti che compongono musica per il teatro, a cura di Alex Giuzio e Giulia Penta. "Corpo alle ombre" nasce col timore di incagliarsi nel dare utilità all’inutile (col detto «dare corpo alle ombre» si indica infatti il preoccuparsi di problemi inesistenti) e al tempo stesso vuole riportare alla luce delle individualità spesso relegate in un cono d’ombra perché provenienti da un ambito professionale che purtroppo non viene spesso considerato per la sua incisività. Partendo dal presupposto per cui l’ascolto è una parte fondamentale del guardare il teatro, ci siamo soffermati sul significato di “suono” e su quello meno intuitivo di “ascolto”: il musicista Luigi Ceccarelli ne parla in maniera esaustiva nel dossier "Teatri del suono" (dall’annale 2018 di "Culture teatrali"), arrivando ad affermare che “suono” significa “eventi che accadono”, che decidere se ascoltare o non ascoltare è più che altro uno stato mentale e che il saper ascoltare è una condizione culturale. Ci siamo dunque voluti mettere in ascolto di quella parte invisibile ma fondamentale che genera, assieme alla parola dell’attore, la meraviglia del teatro. Nelle arti sceniche, il suono ha infatti il ruolo di circondare le immagini, farle vedere meglio, connotarle. Dalla musica lo spettatore può essere avvolto, ferito, sedotto e reso più sensibile alle sottigliezze dell’attore. Nel teatro, il suono è estetica emozionale, ma serve anche a introdurre alla visione, a costruire le scene, a donare loro una tonalità, una quarta dimensione. Per questo abbiamo ritenuto importante, in aggiunta al prezioso lavoro accademico degli studiosi che si sono occupati di indagare la drammaturgia del suono (in particolare Enrico Pitozzi e Valentina Valentini), dare un piccolo contributo con la testimonianza diretta di coloro che generano la drammaturgia sonora della scena. In Corpo alle ombre si faranno parlare direttamente i musicisti per conoscere le loro biografie, i loro percorsi e la loro poetica; per capire come funziona la creazione della musica per il teatro e qual è l’invisibile ma complesso processo di creazione. - - - “Corpo alle ombre” è parte della seconda edizione del progetto “Turn on your ears” di Altre Velocità, sostenuto dal Ministero della cultura e dalla Regione Emilia-Romagna.
