A new study that was conducted in Michigan finds that Arab Americans are the least likely ethnic group to seek help for any form of mental illness. In this study the Arab Americans that were screened 6.3% of them had some form of mental illness and refuse to seek any help and refused the diagnoses. The conductors of this experiment not only tested on Arabs but on Caucasian’s, Latinx, Asians, and black. Arab Americans exceeded the most out of all the ethnic groups. Are you the bad guy in everybody story? assumed mean because you never smile, your name is in everybody’s mouth, do you find that it’s hard to make friends? Then you might just have bad guy syndrome.

Before anyone puts words into my mouth (as Americans are popular for doing.) I am stating I agree with Mario Lopez’s transgender statement but I as well can see what he’s trying to say. Many people who have attacked him online and many who have made posts about him have in no way watched the video but relied on others to inform them and relied on media blogs to inform them...without us understanding the whole point of media blogs is to make someone look REALLY bad or REALLT good. A Lot is it is word twisting so here I am trying to explain what he ACTUALLY SAID and here I am explaining how I feel on the subject as someone apart of the LGBTQ community and someone due to women stereotypes and toxic masculinity I thought I should have been a guy. A quick segment from the episode; “Majority cases when a kid comes to their parent about transitioning they are set on transitioning into the gender they’re meant to be and that view will never change and they know 100% but then there are some cases like me...due to toxic masculinity and toxic views of how a women should be. at a young age I came to my mom telling her I need to transition. Because I liked things that were viewed as “boyish things” and I felt as if I was supposed to then be a guy. Even people would talk about me growing up to be a lesbian or transition to a boy....”

Three key points ; parents, school, and privilege... If you are a sensitive pasty person please do not continue to listen. If you wish to educate yourself and are interested in hearing please by all means continue on. My friend Sarah texted me at work it read and I quote “yo, why are white people so ignorant like...damn bruh”

Now me being the white person that I am I first felt offended and then I remembered we created something called slavery and my offense quickly turned into “you right tho”

And immediately i thought what a great episode for me to record.

Why you might ask? Because I am white, I understand this, and I know exactly how to answer this question without turning into a little pasty snowflake and try to defend my Whiteness.
