Susan is joined in today’s episode by  Carmen De La Russe who is a self-independent writer who decided to embrace her mother’s passing by writing poetry.

Carmen is 28 years young, one year ago her mother passed away from complications of COVID and she is still learning to cope with this huge loss day by day. Carmen decided to write away all her pain and published her very first poetry book Poesia en Los Labios which is dedicated to her dear mother, Aurora.  This book contains poems about depression, anxiety, and love written in English and also in Spanish.
