Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our weekly theme called, "Below the Water Line", and we discussed the spiritual benefits of silence.  The scripture reference was the story of Elijah and the prophets of Baal.  We don't exercise the spiritual discipline of silence and listening for God to speak as much as we should anymore.  Do you have a time that you heard God's voice in silence, and it changed you?  We also talked with Chip Ingram (pastor, author, teacher, and CEO of Living on the Edge).  He shared that even though we all will experience "stuck" moments in our faith walk; times of silence and solitude can give us breakthrough.  You can hear the highlights of the program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
