While this is the third time the Brew Daddies catch up with Silver Branch Brewing Company, there is still plenty of ground that they cover as they get close to opening their doors! Owners Christian and Brett share the high “hell yeah” points as well as the challenges that they have faced with building and getting the brewery ready for opening. While Silver Branch is aiming to welcome beer, cocktail, wine, and even coffee drinkers, beer will be their primary focus. They talk about beers they will have at opening, including a British style cask ale along with their flagships: Chronicle, a tropical stout, and Quantum Shift, an IPA.  We can’t for you guys to open!
