Have you been warming up your voice but it's all guesswork and you're not sure what to sing next? Or maybe you don't warm up at all because you don't know where to start? Here is a SIMPLE vocal warm up you can follow along with and do in UNDER 5 minutes (!) to increase blood flow to your vocal chords and prepare your vocal chords to sing. 

Please note: 

- All exercises start on A below middle C (except for the 4th one, which starts on the A above middle C) - feel free to transpose and do them in another key!

- Please DO NOT sing any notes that do not feel comfortable!

- Check in with a voice coach one-on-one so you can build on this warm up and/or if you have any concerns/questions!

Hi loves, this week's episode is for anyone who's ever felt uninspired or unmotivated to sing...especially if you identify as a "singer" - whether professionally, as a hobbyist, etc. I've definitely experienced that but here are some things to consider when you have those moments of not feeling up to singing or doing anything musical.
