Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by welcoming Robin Shaffer of Protect Our Coasts back onto the show to discuss Phil Murphy’s continued push and desire to force through windmills off the coast of New Jersey. In a statement Wednesday, Governor Murphy announced that he’s directed the state’s Board of Public Utilities to launch the fourth solicitation effort for energy companies to build off-shore windmills, only weeks after Orsted pulled out of the project due to pressures applied by Shaffer and Protect Our Coasts. Shaffer explains how the organization hopes to get ahead of the new solicitation, and tells how he’ll continue to fight to prevent off-shore windmills up and down the Eastern coast. Also, Dom reveals that Philadelphia City Council has officially banned ski masks in public places, but tells why, while he agrees with the ruling, would also stop short at a complete ban on what's become a fashion statement.
