I had a very touching and sincere conversation recently with someone who I love very much, in which they asked me for some support around a challenge they're facing. It got me thinking about the times I have struggled and not sought help, and how this attribute could be the single biggest driver in turning things around much quicker. I applauded him for reaching out, because I know just how hard it is to reach these conclusions and take action.

If you have a challenge or an obstacle in your life that has been plaguing you and your life, please be vulberable and honest and reach out to someone that cares about you for support. Everyday counts, don't put it off, reach out to someone today and turn the ship around.

This episode covers the recent writing and finishing of an EP with my brother rūku, as well as the journey we have been on recently to re-learn about our Dutch heritage and further connect with our past. Although we don't go too deep on our past, there are some subtle references to the journey taken by our Oma and Opa in the late 50's. The music we have created is really spectacular and truly unique and I cannot wait to share it with the world.
