Sup gang - welcome to Episode 46 of Slaaap Haaapy!!

Last week a young Newcastle artist by the name of Mason Dane, hosted an EP listening party on a moving carriage on one of Sydney's country trains. The scenes and the moment were historic and innovative and just executed reall well. This is my take on that moment, and some of the surrounding context of Mason and the importance of those trains for the people who grew up in our area.

Sup gang - welcome to Episode 45 of Slaaap Haaapy!!

I had a very touching and sincere conversation recently with someone who I love very much, in which they asked me for some support around a challenge they're facing. It got me thinking about the times I have struggled and not sought help, and how this attribute could be the single biggest driver in turning things around much quicker. I applauded him for reaching out, because I know just how hard it is to reach these conclusions and take action.

If you have a challenge or an obstacle in your life that has been plaguing you and your life, please be vulberable and honest and reach out to someone that cares about you for support. Everyday counts, don't put it off, reach out to someone today and turn the ship around.

My thoughts on happiness and how the pursuit of it can actually lead to unhappiness and depression. I talk about how happiness should be a byproduct of a holistic and purpose driven life, not a means to an end. The idea is taken from a video which I will list below on anti-fragility and how it should be a more valued pursuit.

Sup gang - welcome to Episode 42  of Slaaap Haaapy!!

This episode covers the recent writing and finishing of an EP with my brother rūku, as well as the journey we have been on recently to re-learn about our Dutch heritage and further connect with our past. Although we don't go too deep on our past, there are some subtle references to the journey taken by our Oma and Opa in the late 50's. The music we have created is really spectacular and truly unique and I cannot wait to share it with the world.

We will also be having an EP launch in Melbourne on the 10th of December, so if you want tix to the show or to pre-save the EP, you can do so below... thanks gang!

PS. There is a little trading update at the end for all the trading homies.

My brother rūku and I host a couple of other poddys, one of them being LOOTRS OT. This is the final podcast we shot in our LOOTRS HQ before the lease ended recently... a hell of a ride concluded with this final conversation between Luke and I in the LOOTRS FINALE (in the office but not of the show obvs).

Sup gang - welcome to Episode 40  of Slaaap Haaapy!!

This episode features a conversation I had with a couple of ASX Day Traders and budding content creators, Blake & Damon. The boys invited me on their channel Chat With Degens for a chat about... well... being a degen. We covered a bunch of other stuff as well like: my crazy PBH trade from a year ago, sizing up and making it a goal to get bigger, keeping your cool when the going gets tough and whether or not I think I am getting better as a trader.

If you liked the chat, make sure you go show the boys some love below:

This is a really special one where I sit down with Joel and Sam from Trawling For Ten Baggers Podcast. The guys usually cover topics related to trawling the markets for micro cap monsters-in-waiting, however they asked me to come on the show to cover a slightly different angle and something that I felt very comfortable talking about: mental health and emotion management in relationship to trading.

Things got deep, I kept it raw and the guys asked great questions as we teased out some of my strengths and weaknesses as a day trader and what their audience could glean from my experience. I had fun, the content is great and the chat was really good. I hope you guys enjoy this conversation and please check out the guys podcast below for similar content.

Episode 6 of Trading Spaces features my good friend Sendu who is a fairly new member of the Day Trading brotherhood. He has recently crossed off 12 months of day trading full time and comes to share with us his introduction to trading, his current swing-centric style, his evolution and lessons learned over this time.

I am also joined this week by Nick Fabrio aka Longhorn Capital (https://twitter.com/longhorncapital) for his added insight (aka s**t talk) and colour commentary.

Please go show him some love on Twitter:
