Doorbell ditching - is it a harmless prank? For one Utah 12-year-old it wasn't so harmless… as he was chased down, and according to police, kidnapped and assaulted. The man held the boy until he handed the boy over to his parents at a local gas station.  That man, Tony Arnold Bernstone, is facing charges of child kidnapping and abuse.
