Something new this week! Sleepy Stretch for kids! 
After hearing from a wonderful listener who tried our regular podcast with her young daughter and had excellent results, we thought it'd be a great idea to try something specifically for kids! 
We're guiding young listeners through some lovely gentle stretches and a beautiful beach visualisation, but parents and carers please do have a listen through beforehand to make sure you're happy with the content.  The transcript is also available with the podcast.
