Something about exposure to the entertainment industry seems to cause people to die young.  It's the opposite of COVID, which causes people to die old.  It's no wonder they're taking such great pains to avoid the two meeting; the combo would wipe out humanity.  Even more dangerous, you might not even notice if you're watching a modern movie because you'll feel like you're in purgatory already.
