David Lepisto joins the Small-Sided Podcast Coaching Development Series to talk about his Circle of Offense and the role of assistant coaches. Lepisto has coached basketball for 25 years and is currently an assistant coach for the Kimberly girls basketball team in Wisconsin.

Lepisto identifies the parts of the Circle of Offense and how the Kimberly coaches use its principles as the basis for an offense the score 60 points a game.
