This is that adrenaline again & again & I just talked.
That's what's different. I talk about trauma. In the past, I did not. Non-Expressive vs. Expressive. It's either this or that. That's a BIG DIFFERENCE.
Now, to get rid of it. Use strengths (get it out!) to uplift weaknesses (make it public).

3rd Quarter!!!! Of course patience can be measured since results do occur, but how much effort can be done to make up for the lack of routine, consistency and is it worth it? After meeting these two family behind-the-scenes. I'd say. YES because the student connected with me.

I am so unaware of how suicide is wrapped into all of this I just said it, so YES. GET IT OUT, so ONE DAY you can hear yourself. It's just gone. No grandiose gesture to know it's over. A rock & roll ending at a live show. The word FIN at an artsy film. To know education is over. Like that non-consent. It simply feels like it will never end.

Movement is easy then hard in certain environments.
REALLY GOOD STRATEGIES regarding the environment : must call in advance to let me know, coming home, now out & about doing what? Had to start something to explain WHY all of a sudden, leaving the house.

Documenting my notes verbally until I can get back to writing/reading/use of notebooks & working every day on a recovery of distracting, unrelenting & mentally taxing nerve radiculopathy…
that currently is hips down. Today is September 27, 2025 and things have significantly changed since use of Grok providing detailed analysis of a tweet.
The methodology will be presented in short videos.
This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing.
The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.
Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.
Just write what you hear---like note-taking---and don't worry about grammar, spelling or readability. Just *GET **IT OUT.
STEP *ONE IS OVER
STEP TWO or REFLECTION is now COMPARE/CONTRAST [two admins; two philosophies in life. Give or take the most!]
STEP TWO is simply when ptsd ends, nothing really happens except something really does. **IT ends.
