I was an emotional wreck last week. Launching can be ridiculously stressful and although I made a promise to myself not to be checking my phone every five seconds, I still did. I really wanted to feel high vibe on this launch. I want to succeed so badly, but in the end, I manifested my worst fear: not succeeding at a launch.

At times when all these emotions with launches occur, we start doubting our capabilities and even our worth.

In today’s episode in The Fierce As Fuck podcast, I speak a little of my experience when I launched Black Friday offer. I didn’t expect for it to go the way it did. 

As business coaches, when we put our offers to the world we put all of our positive energy in it. But when the offers don’t succeed in the way we thought it would, there is no way we can stop feeling like shit. There is a full attachment we build with offers and then we get to disappointment on ourselves. 

But why do that to yourself? We start questioning ourself: why did I launch around this time? Am I a good coach? Am I worthy as a coach? Do people love the type pf coach I am? Why people asked for this type of launch and they are the people that don’t purchase the offer?

When I came up to this reality, it was a kick in the balls! In my personal life, it doesn’t give me the crotch tingles as my business does. I tend to give my heart and soul all day and every day into my business. That when I am done for the day, I don’t want to deal with life. I don’t want to give the little energy that I have left to my personal life. 

In my personal life, I am terrible at setting energetic boundaries. I’m just a fucking people pleaser, and I feel like I’m living a wash rinse, and repeat life. I don’t focus on the joy in my life. 

So I actually decided to create a blog where is a place I dump everything I feel.  It’s called:

“Your Best Bitch-Self”

In today’s episode in The Fierce As Fuck podcast, we are going to discuss some pretty heavy topics. I wanted to use my podcast to share my voice in regards of the tragic story of Gaby Pettito and the massive concerns I had regarding the case, women's rights, and white privilege.

What happened to Gabby was an absolute tragedy, and my heart goes out to her family, but we can not ignore the lack of integrity that this case has been filled with. We can not ignore that a woman was ignored by law enforcement solely for being a woman. We can not ignore the fact that this case reeks of white privilege. This is an intense episode that I felt needed to be brought to the collective.

In today’s episode in The Fierce As Fuck podcast, Back in 2019 was a big success for my business. It brought close to $300k by the end of that year, but 2020 was a kick in the ass. 

When the pandemic hit, my anxieties and stress kicked in. There were a lot of changes I had to make during that time to be able to make the goal I had set myself too. Recently, I decided to do therapy and let me tell you that shit has been opening my eyes to so much. It has opened childhood trauma, emotions and all sorts of different shit that made me realize it was triggering feelings of insecurity. 

When you are self-aware of where the anxieties is coming from it helps you validate your feelings.
