Sofia Boutella met with the HFPA’s journalist Anke Hofmann at the Four Seasons hotel to talk about her career, from her childhood in Algeria to her roles in major motion pictures. She talks about being a curious child, Madonna's role in her moving to Los Angeles, two years before her first major film role, and the 50-50 by 2020 movement. She also touches on her roles in Kingsman: The Secret Service, Star Trek: Beyond, Atomic Blonde, The Mummy, and Climax, which won an Art Cinema award at Cannes Film Festival.
