The difference between soft and hard skills resides in the brain. Left brain is where the IQ resides, it is learned information. The "EQ" is the emotional intelligence, it is learned on the job or instilled by upbringing. Is the home important? Yes. Depending on your career is where you are strong and whether you will be happy or miserable in your chosen job.
