Inhale: Inhale through your nose for a count of 4. Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale: Exhale forcefully through your mouth, making a "whoosh" sound, for a count of 8. Repeat: Repeat this cycle 3-4 times.
4-2-6 Breathing Technique:
Inhale: Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 2.Exhale: Exhale through your mouth for a count of 6.Repeat: Repeat this cycle as needed.
