Kunin ang Ayaw Mong Mawala
Tiningnan sila ni Jesus at sinabi sa kanila, “Hindi ito kayang gawin ng tao, ngunit hindi ito imposible sa Diyos. Sapagkat ang lahat ng bagay ay kayang gawin ng Diyos.” (Marcos 10:27 MBBTAG)
Heto ang dalawang mahusay na insentibo mula kay Hesus para maging isang Pandaigdig na Kristiyano at ialay ang iyong sarili sa adhikain ng mga Misyong Panghangganan. Bilang pupunta o magpapadala.
1. Ang bawat imposible sa tao ay posible sa Diyos (Marcos 10:27). Ang pagbabalik-loob ng mga nasanay na sa kasalanan ay pagkilos ng Diyos at naaayon sa Kanyang dakilang plano. Hindi natin dapat matakot o mag-alala sa ating kahinaan. Sa Panginoon ang laban, at Siya ang magbibigay ng tagumpay sa atin.

Kapag sinusunod natin ang Kanyang preskripsyon sa misyon, matutuklasan natin na kahit ang masasakit na side effects ay nagpapabuti sa ating kalagayan. Ito ang kalooban ng Diyos para sa iyo, kahit na habang binabasa mo ito. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit namatay si Kristo: upang lumapit ka sa Diyos.
Ang Ating Kalabang Walang Pangil

Hindi niya inalis si Satanas sa mundo, ngunit dinisarma niya ito sa paraang nawala ang sandata ng kapahamakan sa kanyang kamay.
Hindi niya maaakusahan ang mga mananampalataya ng di-pinatawad na kasalanan. Ito lang ang akusasyon na makakasira sa atin. At dahil dito, hindi niya tayo madadala sa ganap na pagkawasak. Ang tiyak na tagumpay ng Colosas 2:13–15 ay dahil sa “talaan ng utang na laban sa atin” ay ipinako sa krus. Ginamit ng diyablo ang talaang ito bilang kanyang pangunahing akusasyon laban sa atin. Isa pang paraan ng pagpapahayag nito ay sa Hebreo 2:14–15: “[Naging tao si Kristo] upang sa pamamagitan ng kamatayan ay sirain niya ang may kapangyarihan sa kamatayan, iyon ay, ang diyablo, at palayain ang lahat ng mga nasa panghabambuhay na pagkaalipin dahil sa takot sa kamatayan.”
Ang kamatayan ay kaaway pa rin natin. Ngunit ito ay nawalan na ng pangil. Ang lason ng ahas ay natanggal na. Wala na ang nakamamatay na saksak. Ang saksak ng kamatayan ay kasalanan. At ang kapangyarihan ng kasalanan na magdulot ng kapahamakan ay nasa hinihingi ng batas. Ngunit salamat kay Kristo na tumupad sa hinihingi ng batas. ““Nasaan, O kamatayan, ang iyong tagumpay? Ang Pinakamaliit na Pananampalataya

Ito ang dahilan kung bakit pumarito si Kristo sa mundo: “at upang ang mga Hentil naman ay magpuri sa Diyos dahil sa kanyang habag” (Roma 15:9). Tayo ay muling ipinanganak “sa pamamagitan ng muling pagkabuhay ni Jesu-Cristo.” (1 Pedro 1:3). Araw-araw tayong nananalangin “upang makamtan natin ang habag at pagpapala na tutulong sa atin” (Hebreo 4:16); at ngayon ay nananatili tayo “sa pag-ibig ng Diyos habang naghihintay [tayo] sa ating Panginoong Jesu-Cristo na magkakaloob sa [atin] ng buhay na walang hanggan” (Judas 1:21). Kung may Kristiyanong mapagkakatiwalaan, ito ay “dahil sa habag ng Diyos ay mapagkakatiwalaan” (1 Corinto 7:25).

“Kapag nanggaling ang inyong alipin sa pag-aararo o pagpapastol ng mga tupa sa bukid, inaanyayahan ba ninyo siya agad upang kumain? Hindi ba't ang sasabihin ninyo ay, ‘Ipaghanda mo ako ng hapunan, magbihis ka, at pagsilbihan mo ako habang ako'y kumakain. Pagkakain ko, saka ka kumain.’ Pinasasalamatan ba ng amo ang kanyang alipin dahil sinusunod siya nito? Ganoon din naman kayo; kapag nagawa na ninyo ang lahat ng iniuutos sa inyo, sabihin ninyo, ‘Kami'y mga aliping walang kabuluhan; tumutupad lamang kami sa aming tungkulin.’”
Kaya nga, natutukoy ko, ang pinakamataas na pagsunod at ang pinakamaliit na pananampalataya ay nakakakuha ng parehong bagay mula sa Diyos: habag. Isang butil lang ng mustasa na pananampalataya ay nakakakuha ng habag ng Diyos para sa kapangyarihang mag-ugat ng mga puno. At ang walang kamaliang pagsunod ay nag-iiwan sa atin na lubos na umaasa sa habag.
Ito ang punto: Anuman ang tiyempo o anyo ng habag ng Diyos, hindi natin kailanman mahihigitan ang pagiging mga benepisyaryo ng awa. Palagi tayong lubos na umaasa sa hindi tayo nararapat.
Kaya't magpakumbaba tayo at magalak at “magpuri sa Diyos dahil sa kanyang habag!”

Ano ang Ginawa ni Hesus para sa Kamatayan
Itinakda sa mga tao na minsan lamang mamatay at pagkatapos ay ang paghuhukom. Gayundin naman, si Kristo'y minsan lamang inihandog upang pawiin ang mga kasalanan ng mga tao. Siya'y muling darating, hindi upang muling ihandog dahil sa kasalanan, kundi upang iligtas ang mga naghihintay sa kanya. (Hebreo 9:27–28 MBBTAG)
Ang kamatayan ni Hesus ay nagpapasan ng mga kasalanan. Ito ang mismong puso ng Kristiyanismo, ang puso ng ebanghelyo, at ang puso ng dakilang gawain ng Diyos sa pagtubos sa mundo. Bakit pa ako mamamatay kung ganun? Dahil nais ng Diyos na manatili ang kamatayan sa mundo sa ngayon, kahit sa Kanyang sariling mga anak, bilang patuloy na patotoo sa matinding kasuklaman ng kasalanan. Sa ating pagkamatay, ipinapakita pa rin natin ang panlabas na epekto ng kasalanan sa mundo.
Ngunit ang kamatayan para sa mga anak ng Diyos ay hindi na galit ng Diyos laban sa kanila. Naging daan na natin ito sa kaligtasan at hindi sa pagkondena.
Pagkamangha sa Katapusan ng Kasaysayan
