If there's one question I'm asked more than any other, it's this: "Where should I spend my marketing budget? Google or Facebook?"

Now, as you'll hear in the podcast, I usually recommend having some kind of activity occurring with BOTH platforms. However, depending on what your business is and who you serve, one of these platforms might be better than the other for you.

Facebook and Google are big players in the online marketing space and when used correctly, they can deliver massive returns on your investment. They are becoming more and more competitive though, so learning how to use them properly is VITAL, especially if you're just starting out.

In this episode of the podcast, I weigh up the pro's and con's of both platforms and share some of my secrets for success with both of these tools.

In my opinion, one of the cleverest things you can do is to notice the business lessons being taught all around you, everywhere you go.

If you engage your brain and take notice, you'll find that there are some companies that you get a great feeling from when you do business with, while there are others that leave a sour taste.

Well, what a crazy year we've just completed!

I think it's safe to say that no one was expecting the hand we were dealt in 2020. There were surprise twists, disasters and big successes too, for almost everyone.

Before we move onto 2021, it's important to look back and take stock of the year just past. Rather than write it off as history, let's review the year instead and define the successes, failures and lessons we can take forward into next year.

In this episode, I teach the process I undertake each year to review the year as it comes to an end. I identify 3 of my biggest personal successes, 3 big failures, and a bunch of lessons that I want to take forward into next year (and share along the way).
