Benjamin Russack is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of San Francisco. With over fifteen years of experience working in the field of addiction, he also specializes in Family Systems and Jungian Archetypal Therapy. He currently runs a private practice out of San Francisco and also hosts a podcast focused on mental health called "Look, Just Tell Me What To Do." Recently, Benjamin joined forces with Sam Lamott who runs a highly successful podcast called "How to Human". They have currently completed construction of a video production company in Marin County called "Square One Studios". Here, they plan to lease the space for corporate live-stream events, interviews, talks, etc. as well as create their own video content which will have a self help/mental health bent.
