John led the National Petroleum Council (NPC) study released in April 2024 “Charting the Course: Reducing GHG Emissions From The U.S. Natural Gas Supply Chain,” which was requested by Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm.

John holds a Marine Engineering degree from Maritime College and an MBA in finance from St. Mary’s College.
