Astrology forecast for November 24-30
Well, it might not really be all that “special,” but just in time for the holidays, Mercury will be turning retrograde on Monday, November 25th and will remain retrograde until December 15th. During the next few weeks we can expect the usual uptick in delays and communication snafus, but Mercury Retrograde is also a good time to review, reflect, and repair things and breathe new life into stalled projects.
Chris and Almie also discuss the New Moon on Saturday, November 30th, which will take place in the sign of Sagittarius and will encourage us to broaden our horizons, take some risks, and maybe take a leap of faith (or at least a small step of faith.)
They also talk about Mars slowing down as it prepares to turn retrograde on Friday, December 6th and they talk about the best way to navigate the upcoming Balsamic Moon that takes place over Thanksgiving.
In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris asks Almie for her thoughts about the new movie “The Substance,” and if it’s the most Scorpio movie she’s ever seen.
Astrology forecast for November 10-16
New episode up now!
Chris and Almie talk about the full moon in Taurus, which will be exact on Friday, November 15th in the sign of Taurus. This full moon could have us looking at our values and our self-worth. Saturn and Uranus will also be heavily involved in this full moon, which could lead to impulsive decisions, and sudden changes in fortune.
They also talk about Venus entering Capricorn on Monday, November 11th, so the planet of beauty and love will be looking fondly on earth signs (Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo) for the next four weeks, and responsibility and accountability in relationships could be a point of emphasis.
And they discuss the Sun-Uranus opposition on Saturday, November 16th that will continue the unpredictability set in motion by the full moon on the 15th. The end of this week could bring some real fireworks!
In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris plays a trivia game with Almie where she needs to guess the names of famous people who were born with a Scorpio Sun and a Taurus Moon.
Astrology forecast for October 6-12
New episode up now!
Chris and Almie talk about Pluto turning direct on Friday, October 11th. Pluto will be making its final push through Capricorn from October 11th through November 19th. When it enters Aquarius on November 19th, it will remain in Aquarius until 2043. With Pluto turning direct this week, we could experience themes dealing with power, transitions, death, and transformations.
They predict a very spirited day on Tuesday, October 8th where our energy and optimism could be through the roof while the moon travels through upbeat Sagittarius. They also talk about Jupiter turning retrograde on Wednesday, October 9th and how the planet of growth and expansion will remain retrograde until February of 2025.
And they give listeners the heads up that events we’re currently experiencing this weekend while Mars is at 17 degrees of Cancer could come up again in February of 2025 when Mars will retrograde back to this exact point. So be mindful of your words and actions both today and in the coming days as these events could be reevaluated and/or re-experienced towards the end of February 2025.
In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris plays a trivia game with Almie where she needs to guess the names of famous people who were born with a Libra Sun and Mars in Cancer.
Chris and Almie take a look at the charts of the presidential and vice presidential candidates to see which of them might be most impacted by this week’s Solar Eclipse.
Since the eclipse is happening at 10 degrees Libra, they focus on which candidates have personal planets in the Cardinal signs (Libra, Aries, Cancer, Capricorn) at or around 10 degrees.
Astrology forecast for September 29-October 5
New episode up now!
Chris and Almie talk about the upcoming New Moon Solar Eclipse that will be exact at 11:49am pacific time on Wednesday, October 2nd. Chris speculates about whether this eclipse could bring another wrinkle to an already unpredictable presidential race, and which candidate might be most impacted.
They also talk about Black Moon Lilith being a part of this eclipse and how that could bring some additional intensity to things and perhaps lead to a secret or two being revealed.
Because the eclipse is happening in the sign of Libra, we could see some changes/adjustments in our relationships, partnerships, and our style choices, and we could be looking for ways to bring additional balance and harmony into our lives.
And they discuss the Mars-Saturn trine that’s exact Sunday, September 29th, the Sun-Mercury conjunction that could have us feeling especially communicative on Monday, and the other major water trine of the week, a Venus-Saturn trine that will be exact on Friday, October 4th.
In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris asks Almie about her experience at the Disney California Adventure Halloween event called “Oogie Boogie Bash,” and how her halloween costume was received. (Almie went as Larry David!)
Astrology forecast for September 23-29
Chris and Almie talk about Venus entering Scorpio, a sign where it’s technically in its detriment and isn’t particularly comfortable. Over the next few weeks we can expect some additional intensity around our relationships and perhaps a deeper love too.
They discuss the Sun entering Libra, which kicks off Fall. During Libra Season (Sept 22-Oct 22) think about what areas of your life where you could bring some additional beauty and elegance. It’s also a good time to work with others and breathe some new life into your wardrobe.
They talk about the Grand Trine this week between Mercury, Uranus and Pluto, which could bring some profound changes along with it. And they give listeners the heads up that Mercury will be entering Libra this Thursday, September 26th.
In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris challenges Almie to a game where she needs to guess the names of famous people who were born with Venus in Scorpio… and then they end up talking about Don Johnson a lot. 😂
Astrology forecast for September 14-20
Chris and Almie discuss the upcoming lunar eclipse that will be exact at 7:34pm on Tuesday, September 17th.
Eclipses tend to speed things up, so we could see new people or situations either entering our lives, or quickly disappearing from them.
Because the eclipse is happening in the sign of Pisces, this could be an especially emotional eclipse, and also an opportunity for healing and forgiveness.
They also discuss the Venus-Jupiter trine taking place this weekend, the Sun-Uranus trine on Thursday, September 19th, and they give listeners the heads up that Libra Season is just around the corner, beginning on September 22nd!
In "Ask a Scorpio," Chris asks Almie for her thoughts about the TV show “Kevin Can F**k Himself,” starring Annie Murphy of “Schitt’s Creek.”
Astrology forecast for September 8-14
Chris and Almie talk about Mercury reentering its home sign of Virgo. After an extended stay in Leo, with Mercury returning to Virgo on September 9th, we could very well start seeing forward movement on any projects or situations that might have stalled in recent weeks.
They also discuss the Sun-Saturn opposition that we’re experiencing this weekend and how that can have us reevaluating things and getting serious about our present situation. We might find ourselves being overly critical of ourself or others, so remember to be nice to yourself!
And they give listeners the heads up about next weekend’s Venus-Jupiter trine that could have us feeling elated, full of love, and ready to party!
In "Ask a Scorpio," Chris asks Almie what she thinks about the new season of “Selling Sunset,” as well as the miniseries “The Perfect Couple.” They also play a trivia game where Almie needs to guess the names of famous people who were born when Mars was in Cancer.
Episode 211: Pluto returns to Capricorn! (Again…)
Astrology forecast for September 1-7
Chris and Almie talk about Pluto returning to Capricorn from September 1st until November 19th. After Pluto leaves Capricorn on November 19th, it won’t visit Capricorn again until 2254(!)
They also discuss Uranus turning retrograde and how between now and January 30, 2025 we could see some shakeups in our lives, and we might find that we’ll be more prone to make changes or push boundaries in areas that could use some new energy.
And they give listeners the heads up that the planet Mars, which rules our passions, our actions, war, aggression, and impulsive behavior, will be very active this week as it forms stressful aspects with Neptune and Pluto, and also enters the sign of Cancer, which is the sign of its fall. Best to keep a cool head this week if you can!
In "Ask a Scorpio," Chris plays a trivia game with Almie where she needs to guess the names of celebrities who were born with a Mars-Neptune square.
Chris and Almie tell listeners to rejoice as this current Mercury Retrograde will come to a close on Wednesday, August 28th.
As with any Mercury Retrograde cycle, it’s best to give it at least a few days after the retrograde ends before making any big decisions or commitments, but by the end of this week, the roughest part of Mercury Retrograde will be behind us!
They also talk about Venus entering its home sign of Libra on Thursday, August 29th and how that can help bring some gentleness and diplomacy to our relationships and maybe boost our self-esteem as well.
They also give listeners the heads up that there could be an unexpected event or two thrown into the mix this week as the planet Uranus is about to turn retrograde!
In "Ask a Scorpio," Chris asks Almie for her thoughts about a German film they recently watched called “The Wall.”
