Astrology forecast for May 3-10

Chris and Almie talk about Pluto turning retrograde on Sunday, May 4th. A Pluto retrograde lasts several months, so we won’t be feeling its intensity on a daily basis, but over the course of the next several months we’ll be reviewing areas of our lives where power dynamics might be unbalanced, and we might be looking to make some choices that will give us more control. We might be dealing with some forced change as well. 

Chris and Almie also discuss what to expect this weekend while the moon travels through fiery Leo.

They give listeners the heads up that the middle part of the week when the moon is in Virgo might be the best days to tend to practical matters and get our ducks in a row while we have an abundance of earth energy to work with.

And later in the week we’ll be getting an extra dose of Venus energy- we’re already in Taurus Season, and once the moon enters Venus-ruled Libra on Thursday, May 8th, we could be feeling the urge to bring a little extra beauty into our lives. 

In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris asks Almie if she’ll be celebrating the Star Wars-themed holiday May the 4th, and he also asks her for her thoughts on the new Netflix show “The Four Seasons.”

Astrology forecast for April 19-25

Chris and Almie talk about the loose Grand Cross being formed by the Sun, Mars, Pluto, and Black Moon Lilith. All of these astrological players will be either squaring or opposing one another this week, and with all of them in fixed signs, we can expect there to be little room for diplomacy or compromise. Expect certain situations to come to a head and although these energies can be challenging, they can also embolden and empower us. 

They also wish listeners a Happy Taurus Season as the Sun entered the earth sign Taurus on April 19th and will remain in Taurus until May 20th. Over the next month we can expect things to settle down a bit from the breakneck pace Aries Season tends to bring to the table. 

And they encourage listeners to soak up the dreaminess of the Pisces Moon later this week, and to spread kindness where you can- as this week especially- kindness and thoughtfulness will be very much welcomed.

Astrology forecast for April 6-12

Lots of shifts this week as Mercury will end its retrograde cycle on Monday, April 7th and Venus stations direct on Saturday, April 12th. Chris and Almie talk about what we can expect from the end of the retrogrades.

They also discuss the full moon on Saturday, April 12th, which will be in the sign of Libra. The asteroid Chiron is also a part of this full moon which could make things even more sensitive, and we could be addressing past (or current) hurts in relationships.

The energy heightens this week as the retrogrades come to an end and perhaps certain situations in our lives come to a head. The full moon will most likely shine a light on the areas that need to be addressed.

Astrology forecast for March 23-29

Chris and Almie talk about the Solar Eclipse we have coming up on Saturday, March 29th. It’s also a new moon in the sign of Aries that could bring a new journey and also ask us in what areas of our lives we can be more autonomous and courageous. 

They also discuss Black Moon Lilith entering the sign of Scorpio on Wednesday, March 26th. This has the potential for power struggles, people voicing unpopular opinions, and also people standing up for themselves and speaking their deepest truths, regardless of what others might think of them. 

Chris and Almie also talk about both Venus and Mercury reentering Pisces this week and they touch on Neptune changing signs for the first time in 14 years, which it will do on Sunday, March 30th when it enters the sign of Aries.

Astrology forecast for March 8-15

You read that right- this week we have a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Virgo, and shortly thereafter, Mercury will turn retrograde to make our communications over the next few weeks more than a little adventurous. 

Mars has finally moved from the 17th degree of Cancer and is now in the 18th degree of Cancer. It’s not much of a shift, but progress is progress and it’s definitely a step in the right direction as we could use a more empowered Mars to help offset the Venus Retrograde and the soon-to-be Mercury Retrograde. 

Chris and Almie discuss the various retrogrades and also let listeners know what they can expect from this Friday’s Lunar Eclipse. It’s going to be a week!

Astrology forecast for February 23-March 1

Chris and Almie celebrate the end of Mars Retrograde. Mars has been retrograde since December of last year, and if you’ve had trouble getting going so far in 2025, trust us- you are not alone. Now that Mars is (slowly) moving forward again, in the coming weeks expect to see forward progress, as well as more focus if you’ve been feeling scattered for… well, months. These changes will not be immediate, but they’re on their way! 

They also talk about Ceres entering Pisces, this week’s Mercury-Saturn conjunction that could have us feeling overly critical on Tuesday, as well as what we can expect from the Pisces New Moon this Thursday.

And they give listeners the heads up that while Mars has ended its retrograde cycle, Venus is preparing to turn retrograde on Saturday, March 1st, which could have us reviewing our relationships, how we feel about our appearance, as well as themes around values and money. 

In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris asks Almie to share her Mars Retrograde experience, and they also play a trivia game where Almie needs to guess the names of famous people who were born with both their sun and their moon in the sign of Pisces. 

Astrology forecast for February 16-22

Chris and Almie talk about the sun entering Pisces on February 18th, and in doing so we’re moving from our heads to our hearts as we leave behind the fast-moving, mental energy of Aquarius Season and will now be navigating life more with our hearts and our intuition over the next month. 

They also discuss what we can expect during the final week of Mars Retrograde as Mars finally stations direct on Sunday, February 23rd! 

And they give listeners the heads up that Tuesday and Wednesday of this week could be particularly emotional as we will have many water placements in the sky: Mars in Cancer, Sun and Mercury in Pisces, Moon in Scorpio. So get ready to feel this week, and try to channel those emotions constructively!

Astrology forecast for February 8-14

Chris and Almie discuss the ongoing Mars Retrograde and empathize with anyone who has been having a rough go of it. They let listeners know that there is some light at the end of the tunnel as Mars will turn direct on February 23rd. In the meantime, we can expect an above-average amount of slowdowns, lack of focus, fatigue, and simmering anger (what fun!) 

Chris and Almie also talk about how this upcoming week has big potential for innovative thinking, new beginnings, positive shakeups, and breaking away from old habits that no longer serve us. The reason for this is the planet of innovation- Uranus- is incredibly active this week. In addition to squaring Mercury and the Sun, Uranus will also play a big role in the upcoming Leo Full Moon on Wednesday, February 12th. This week could be electrifying!

Astrology forecast for February 2-8

Chris and Almie talk about Venus entering Aries on Tuesday, February 4th. This will be good for Aries sun signs and fire signs in general. Astrologically speaking we’ve been short on the fire element this year, and Venus in Aries can bring a new-found enthusiasm and determination to our lives and help us refocus and accomplish our goals.

Aries can come off a bit blunt, a bit pushy, maybe a bit too possessive when it’s in Aries, as this can be a tricky sign for Venus to travel through. Either way, self-confidence, assertiveness, and courageousness will be especially attractive over the next month and a half.

Chris and Almie also discuss Jupiter turning direct on Tuesday, February 4th, which will hopefully bring some ease, humor, optimism, and even some good luck to things as the planet of growth and expansion has been retrograde since October of last year. 

And they discuss the upcoming week being bookended by some cranky Mars energy. On Monday, February 3rd, Mars will be squaring off with the moon and Chiron. And on Friday, February 7th, Mars will be forming stressful aspects with the Sun and Mercury. If you’re looking for diplomacy this week, Wednesday and Thursday might be your best bet.

Astrology forecast for January 26-February 1

Chris and Almie talk about the Lunar New Year, which takes place Wednesday, January 29th with the New Moon in Aquarius. This week could get off to a sluggish start, but after the Lunar New Year begins, we might believe anything is possible! And for Thursday, January 30th, that could very well be the case as the Sun forms an incredibly positive trine with Jupiter, and exuberance and optimism will rule the day.

They also discuss Uranus turning direct on Thursday, January 30th, which could bring some shakeups, surprises, or revelations along with it. It could also have us feeling more rebellious and impulsive than usual. Coupled with the Sun-Jupiter trine on Thursday, we can expect a high-energy, enthusiastic day.

Chris and Almie also discuss Mercury entering Aquarius on Monday, January 27th and they also talk about Venus entering its shadow on Tuesday, January 28th. Venus will officially turn retrograde on March 1st, and by April 12th, it will backtrack to where it was on January 28th. So pay close attention to relationship and financial dynamics this week (both personal and business) as those themes could come back into play in April.
